Biography[]
Watch out. Tanuki doesn't like strangers at all! When they are young, these invizimals are really insecure... But they grow out of that, becoming much more confident once they realise how powerful they really are - the trust of an adult Tanuki is a very prized gift, so keep it well!
How to Capture[]
To capture Tanuki you have to help him win 3 territorial battles. Lose the balance as little as possible and repeatedly press the buttons on the screen. If the balance is red, quickly turn your PSP to the opposite side.

Strategy[]
Tanuki is an invizimal that provides some value on both offense and defense. Tanuki has two good stats: attack and armor. These allow Tanuki to both do a lot of damage with its attacks while not taking a lot of damage from incoming attacks. However, the rest of Tanuki's stats are disappointing. Its poor life stat means that Tanuki's defensive presence is questionable, and while Tanuki has a decent base 120 stamina, a poor base 5 stamina recovery means that users will have to be careful with how they expend Tanuki's stamina, as Tanuki doesn't recover its stamina very quickly. Managing Tanuki's stamina properly will give the user an invizimal that both hits hard and doesn't get hit terribly hard itself.
